Exchange Policy

  • Raise an Exchange Request for Size Related Issues within 3 Days of receiving the product using this info@houseofauromo.com
  •  you will receive an approval mail from us within 24 hours.
  • First time exchange for the size or different style is free.
  • A non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 199 will be charged for any subsequent exchange requests or on orders placed using a credit note.
  • If Approved please pack the product in the same box with all the tags intact.
  • If you want to exchange the product with another product of higher amount, we will give you a promo code of the previous amount. You can use this code while placing your new order and pay the balance amount.
  • If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, a promo code of the balance amount will be given to you and can  be redeemed towards future purchase.the promo code can be used within 60 days.
  • Returns/Exchange services will only be provided once.
  • First time exchange for size  is free.


    NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE :

  •  The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • All items purchased through the Online Auction and Clearance sections of the website, and during any Clearance Event are final and non-refundable.
  • COD and Shipping charges are non refundable.
  • Send the original invoice along with the product without which we won’t be able process any request.
  • Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 3 days of receiving the product would not be approved. 
  • Returns/Exchange services will only be provided once.
  • Products cannot be returned or exchanged when purchased during Special Discounts or SALE. 

Please Note: We check all the products thoroughly before dispatch. Any complaints of cuts, tear etc on the product post delivery will not be exchanged. However an investigation can be done, depending on the case.
