Return policy

• For Defective Products, Raise your return request within 3 Days of receiving the shipment using info@houseofauromo.com.
• Small variations in the printing are part of what make Indian block print fabrics so special, a single unwanted movement can result in little smudges or irregularities which are not considered as defects.
• You will receive an approval mail from us within 24 hours and a pick up would be arranged.
• If Approved please pack the product in the same box with all the tags intact.
• You would be notified by us once we receive your shipment.
• In case of defective products it will be replaced with similar product. If a similar product is not available then you can choose a different product of the same price.
• If the order was COD you will receive a Promo Code of the same amount which will be valid for 60 days from the date of issue and you can redeem it towards future purchase which won't be valid on items which are already on sale.
• We don't provide refunds for COD Orders.
• If you wish to cancel the order please do so before it's shipped.
• If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount

 In case you find your products damaged or missing post-delivery, please contact us with images and videos of the parcel bag and product within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Damages or items missing reported after 24 hours will not be entertained. Products should not be used or washed.
